Join us on the second Tuesday of every month for themed tastings featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of exceptional cheeses. Each gathering is relaxed, welcoming, with just the right amount of education as we explore new flavours, stories, and traditions from the world of cheese. You might even meet a few fellow cheese lovers along the way.
Each tasting is guided by our resident cheesemonger, who will share insights, pairing ideas, and the stories behind the cheeses.
At every Cheese Club, enjoy a guided tasting of 6–10 exceptional cheeses paired with gourmet accompaniments designed to highlight each cheese at its best.

Spring has arrived! A season of renewal, fresh pasture, and lighter flavours — and cheese is no exception. As animals return to green fields and milk becomes brighter and more expressive, cheesemakers begin producing some of the most delicate and vibrant cheeses of the year.
Join us as we explore the cheeses that truly shine in spring, from tangy French chèvre to freshly made ricotta and some of our favourite soft, bloomy-rind delights. This month’s Club gathering celebrates the bright, fresh flavours and beautiful bounty of the season, highlighting cheeses that capture the lightness and energy of spring.
Expect a lively evening of fresh cheeses, seasonal pairings, great conversation and a few delicious surprises along the way. Think creamy, delicate textures, bright flavours, and the kinds of cheeses that feel perfectly at home alongside the first vegetables, herbs, and sunshine of the season.

Our tastings feature a wide variety of cheeses, including some made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, along with accompaniments that may contain common allergens. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, or are pregnant, please let us know in the notes section at checkout so we can do our best to accommodate you.
