Join us every month for themed tastings featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of exceptional cheeses. Each gathering is relaxed, welcoming, with just the right amount of education as we explore new flavours, stories, and traditions from the world of cheese. You might even meet a few fellow cheese lovers along the way.
Each tasting is guided by our resident cheesemonger, who will share insights, pairing ideas, and the stories behind the cheeses.
At every Cheese Club, enjoy a guided tasting of 6–10 exceptional cheeses paired with gourmet accompaniments designed to highlight each cheese at its best.

June is here! Which means it’s officially grilling season — and cheese deserves a place at the barbecue.
Join us this month as we explore the cheeses that shine when the heat is turned up. From golden, squeaky halloumi to beautifully melty favourites and other grill-friendly surprises, we’ll discover just how delicious cheese can be when kissed by fire.
Along the way, we’ll talk about why some cheeses melt into gooey perfection while others hold their shape on the grill, and how to use both styles to elevate your summer cooking. Think smoky flavours, warm cheese, and inspiration for everything from backyard barbecues to easy summer entertaining.
Expect a lively evening of bold cheeses, seasonal accompaniments, and a few surprises along the way as we celebrate the delicious intersection of cheese and fire.

Our tastings feature a wide variety of cheeses, including some made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, along with accompaniments that may contain common allergens. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, or are pregnant, please let us know in the notes section at checkout so we can do our best to accommodate you.
