Join us every month for themed tastings featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of exceptional cheeses. Each gathering is relaxed, welcoming, with just the right amount of education as we explore new flavours, stories, and traditions from the world of cheese. You might even meet a few fellow cheese lovers along the way.
Each tasting is guided by our resident cheesemonger, who will share insights, pairing ideas, and the stories behind the cheeses.
At every Cheese Club, enjoy a guided tasting of 6–10 exceptional cheeses paired with gourmet accompaniments designed to highlight each cheese at its best.

There’s no better time to celebrate the incredible cheeses being made across our own backyard than in July — when the love for Canada runs high.
Join us this month as we explore the diverse and delicious world of Canadian cheese. From creamy bloomy rinds and alpine-inspired favourites to bold blues, washed rinds, and perfectly aged cheddars, we’ll discover the craftsmanship and creativity that have made Canada one of the most exciting cheese-producing nations in the world.
We’ll travel from coast to coast, learning about the regions, producers, and traditions that shape each cheese. Think exceptional flavours, remarkable stories, and a deeper appreciation for the talent and passion of Canadian cheesemakers.
Expect a lively evening of outstanding cheeses, thoughtfully selected accompaniments, and a few surprises along the way as we celebrate the rich and growing landscape of Canadian cheese.

Our tastings feature a wide variety of cheeses, including some made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, along with accompaniments that may contain common allergens.
