Join us every month for themed tastings featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of exceptional cheeses. Each gathering is relaxed, welcoming, with just the right amount of education as we explore new flavours, stories, and traditions from the world of cheese. You might even meet a few fellow cheese lovers along the way.
Each tasting is guided by our resident cheesemonger, who will share insights, pairing ideas, and the stories behind the cheeses.
At every Cheese Club, enjoy a guided tasting of 6–10 exceptional cheeses paired with gourmet accompaniments designed to highlight each cheese at its best.

August and the farmers’ market goes hand-in-hand, the markets are overflowing with the very best flavours of the season.
Join us this month as we explore the delicious relationship between cheese and Ontario’s summer harvest. From juicy peaches and sun-ripened tomatoes to sweet corn, fresh herbs, and other seasonal favourites, we’ll discover how simple ingredients can transform a cheese board. And how cheese can transform our seasonal favourites into something truly memorable.
We’ll talk about why certain flavours work so beautifully together and how to build effortless pairings that celebrate both exceptional cheese and peak-season produce. Think vibrant colours, fresh flavours, and plenty of inspiration for everything from backyard gatherings to late-summer entertaining.
Expect a lively evening of exceptional cheeses, seasonal accompaniments, and a few surprises along the way as we celebrate the delicious bounty of summer.

Our tastings feature a wide variety of cheeses, including some made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, along with accompaniments that may contain common allergens.
