Join us every month for themed tastings featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of exceptional cheeses. Each gathering is relaxed, welcoming, with just the right amount of education as we explore new flavours, stories, and traditions from the world of cheese. You might even meet a few fellow cheese lovers along the way.
Each tasting is guided by our resident cheesemonger, who will share insights, pairing ideas, and the stories behind the cheeses.
At every Cheese Club, enjoy a guided tasting of 6–10 exceptional cheeses paired with gourmet accompaniments designed to highlight each cheese at its best.

This month we're diving into the stories behind some of the world's most iconic cheeses.
Join us as we explore the meaning behind designations like DOP, PDO, and AOC, and discover why these protections matter. From Parmigiano Reggiano and Roquefort to Gruyère and Manchego, we'll uncover how geography, tradition, and centuries-old production methods shape the cheeses we know and love.
Along the way, we'll discuss how these systems protect authenticity, preserve regional food cultures, and help ensure that certain cheeses can only be made in specific places using traditional methods. Think exceptional cheeses, rich history, and a deeper understanding of what makes these legendary cheeses so special.

Our tastings feature a wide variety of cheeses, including some made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, along with accompaniments that may contain common allergens.
