Join us on the second Tuesday of every month for themed tastings featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of exceptional cheeses. Each gathering is relaxed, welcoming, with just the right amount of education as we explore new flavours, stories, and traditions from the world of cheese. You might even meet a few fellow cheese lovers along the way.
Each tasting is guided by our resident cheesemonger, who will share insights, pairing ideas, and the stories behind the cheeses.
At every Cheese Club, enjoy a guided tasting of 6–10 exceptional cheeses paired with gourmet accompaniments designed to highlight each cheese at its best.

It’s our first birthday! Just like proud parents, we’re ready to celebrate what our little club has grown into.
Join us as we explore cheeses that have reached their own one-year milestone. Taste for yourself the impact a full year of aging can have on cheese — a beautiful sweet spot where flavours are developed, complex, and full of character, yet still wonderfully balanced.
Expect a playful evening of great cheese, good company, and maybe a few birthday-party touches along the way.
Will there be cake? We can neither confirm nor deny, but expect the unexpected as we lean into this birthday celebration. No singing required (though we won’t stop you from making a wish).

Our tastings feature a wide variety of cheeses, including some made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, along with accompaniments that may contain common allergens. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, or are pregnant, please let us know in the notes section at checkout so we can do our best to accommodate you.
