Join us the second Tuesday of every month for themed tastings featuring a curated selection of fine cheeses. Enjoy a relaxed yet informative experience as you explore new flavors and learn from our experts. Perhaps you’ll meet some cheesy new friends along the way!
Each club meeting we will sample 6 - 10 cheeses along with a collection of gourmet accompaniments.
February | Spiked, Drunken and Infused
Why is it that when we talk about pairing with cheese, fancy adult beverages is always on the top of the list? Cheese makers world wide use beers, wines or spirits to soak, wash or infuse into their cheeses, helping enhance its flavour or expend its shelf life throughout the process.
Join us this February as we explore cheese that are pairing in of themselves, along side a selection of some of our fav drunken accompaniments.
